Final Proposal to deploy a SHU/USDC pool in Swapr V3 on Gnosis Chain

Proposal

Swapr proposes to deploy a SHU/USDC pool in Swapr V3 AMM to be the primary liquidity source on Gnosis Chain.

After passing the temp check for our latest proposal we go back with more details about the next steps to complete the deployment of the pool.

  1. 0x36 will provide $200k SHU/USDC liquidity, split as $100k worth of SHU tokens and $100k worth of USDC
  2. With the help of Blockful .io, Shutter Dev House we will create SHU on the Gnosis Chain.
  3. With the assistance of Artis, we will bridge the SHU/USDC liquidity from Ethereum Mainnet to Gnosis Chain and create a Safe on Gnosis Chain to hold the LP tokens, that 0x36 will control.

Motivation

We maintain the same motivation as in the beginning, MEV and front-running is a problem to users and traders, making them lose a big amount of money. Shutter Network introduces a solution to mitigate this on Ethereum and is also planning to bring it to Gnosis Chain.

Recently, they deployed on Chiado Network, you can test our shutterized swap following these instructions.

Validators, Keypers and staking delegators will require a reliable DEX to acquire SHU tokens and stake them, therefore we believe that Swapr’s V3 AMM known for its concentrated liquidity model and the alignment of values between projects is perfect to fulfill this need.

Summary

Swapr proposes to collaborate with Shutter DAO 0x36 to create a dedicated SHU/USDC pool on its V3 AMM. We ask for $200k of liquidity, split equally between both tokens.

This pool will provide validators with easy access to SHU tokens while ensuring efficient price discovery and liquidity provisioning.

Next Steps

After discussion in the forum we will move forward with the voting process in DecentDAO. Later on, we will proceed with the creation of the pool and adding the liquidity as detailed above.

does it mean there will be a new token deployment on gc and it will need a dedicated bridge to move shu around? Why not just use omnibridge?

For ultimate transparency this will be the address from Artis’ side and is already known to the community and being Artis’ address for executing such requests for the DAO. It’s the same as the one that was used for the USDC to USDGLO swap.

How to use OmniBridge

  1. Access https://bridge.gnosischain.com/
  2. Connect your wallet
  3. Input the Shutter Token address on the search bar (0xe485E2f1bab389C08721B291f6b59780feC83Fd7)
  4. Select the number of tokens you want to transfer
  5. Confirm the transfer.

The token address for SHU in Gnosis will always be represented by the following address: 0x8CCd277Cc638E7e17F8100cE583cBcEf42007Dca

Currently, there is no way to register the token logo and name other than reaching out to the front-end team of the bridge dApp. We are already contacted and are waiting for the next steps.

Safe on Gnosis with oSnap

We have done all the necessary setup for on-chain proposal execution on Snapshot using oSanp, the task is BLOCKED by Shutter 0x36, it needs to be tested by inputting Gnosis Chain wallet by an Admin access and testing a transaction.
