We are thrilled to announce that Blockful has been selected as the service provider for Shutter DAO following the recent community voting! We are immensely grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in us.

With a strong foundation in Technology and Governance and a commitment to excellence, we are excited to embark on this journey with Shutter DAO.

Objectives

As your chosen service provider, our primary objectives are:

  1. Enhance Decentralization and Security: Ensuring that our solutions align with the principles of decentralization and fortify the security of the Shutter Network.
  2. Foster Community Engagement: Actively engaging with the Shutter DAO community to gather feedback, understand needs, and iterate on solutions that resonate with all stakeholders.
  3. Build in Public: Maintaining open lines of communication with regular updates on project progress, milestones achieved, and any challenges encountered.
  4. Beyond Software: We are committed to helping ShutterDAO not only with coding but also with governance issues, brainstorming new product and feature possibilities.

We are eager to begin this partnership and contribute to the growth and success of Shutter DAO. Together, we will build a more decentralized future.

Way of work

Payment and Scope

  • Blockful Team: The squad team we have are: Smart Contract engineer, project manager, front-end, back-end, QA Engineer, Smart Contract Auditor, product designer.
  • Rate/hour: We can close the scope or make it in a squad-as-a-service format for the price/hour of $ 85.00/h.
  • Response Time: 48 hours to respond in the thread, about 1 to 2 weeks to scope and define tasks in a thread and start development.
  • Payment Token: We can accept USDGLO, USDC or USDT.

Agile

We are using Agile to manage our product backlog with Sprints of 1 week each, the schedule we have right now is as follows:

  • Planning - 1 hour on Monday
  • Daily - 30 minutes on Wednesday
  • Retro/Review - 1 hour on Friday

It can be changed anytime by the team, if necessary.

Hey there, bringing a short update on this topic:

I’ll be taking over the PM role from @Novak moving forward, so any new requests will be answered and scoped by me, but the process can remain the same on all other parts.
