Slate Description
This slate funds a three-month pilot for a permissionless decentralized CRM where anyone can submit a potential Shutter API or protocol-related revenue opportunity, while sensitive partner information remains protected. Public records show only non-sensitive metadata, submission status, and an attributable record of who originated or advanced an opportunity.
Each complete opportunity creates a decision market asking whether Shutter should allocate commercial follow-up capacity to it based on its predicted likelihood of generating verified revenue within 90 days. A stake-backed participant cohort receives confidential access to the relevant opportunity context and submits sealed market positions. Shutter API will be used to keep those positions private until the trading window closes. If an opportunity meets the pre-defined market threshold, it enters Shutter’s active pipeline and a named Shutter commercial owner must record a next step within 14 days.
Contributors are not paid merely for submitting contacts. Attribution rewards are available only where an opportunity is qualified, the contributor’s role is documented, and Shutter receives verified revenue. The pilot will publish an anonymized final assessment covering qualified opportunities, market accuracy, revenue outcomes, attribution decisions, and whether the model should continue, change, or stop.
