Background
This proposal executes the Keyper Compensation Program approved by Shutter DAO 0x36 Keyper Compensation Program - #8 by 0xAlex. Eligible Keypers receive 50 USDC-equivalent in SHU per qualifying Keyper per month, provided they maintain:

The July 2026 renewal kept the performance standard, monthly brainbot review, and compensation rate unchanged, while changing the settlement asset from USDC to SHU.
This execution applies the renewed SHU settlement method to all unpaid eligible months covered by this proposal, including the months preceding the renewal vote.

Implementation

Treasury funding statement: The SHU will be paid directly from the Shutter DAO 0x36 Treasury. No USDC transfer is proposed; USD values are shown only as the accounting equivalent used by the compensation program.
