Why are you interested in becoming a Keyper? Let us to be the first proposer for Keyper in Shutter protocol. We are a team of ‘jayjay’ validator on different Proof-of-Stake networks. Having closely followed the development of Shutter’s first instantiation on Ethereum and its goal to prevent front running on Ethereum by using a threshold cryptography-based DKG, we are excited to contribute to the growth and success of your ecosystem as a trusted Keyper.

Background and Experience: We come equipped with extensive knowledge and experience in blockchain technology, specifically in the area of validating and securing decentralized networks. Over the past 3 years, we have actively participated as a validator in several prominent blockchain networks, including Lambda Network, Pylons and Nois Network. Through our involvement, we have gained a deep understanding of the responsibilities, technical requirements, and security measures associated with being a validator.

Technical Competence: We possess a strong technical background, including proficiency in various consensus algorithms, cryptographic protocols, and network security practices. Additionally, we have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining validator nodes, monitoring network performance, and responding to potential security threats. We are confident in our ability to contribute to the stability, security, and reliability of the Shutter Protocol network.

Contributions we are ready to offer:

  1. Network Security: We will implement stringent security measures, including regular software updates, firewall configurations, and intrusion detection systems, to safeguard the integrity and privacy of user transactions and assets.
  2. Performance Optimization: We will actively monitor network performance and propose optimizations to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the Shutter Protocol. This will involve analyzing network data, collaborating with other parts, and suggesting improvements to the protocol’s design.
  3. Community Engagement: We are passionate about fostering a strong and supportive community around the Shutter Protocol. We are ready to actively participate in forums, discussions, and educational initiatives to promote awareness, answer questions, and assist community members in understanding the benefits and functionality of the protocol.
  4. Collaboration and Governance: We are sick in the importance of collaborative decision-making and effective governance. We are committed to actively participating in validator meetings, voting on proposals, and offering constructive feedback to continuously improve the Shutter Protocol ecosystem.

Conclusion: In summary, our extensive experience as a validator, technical competence, and dedication to the principles of decentralization make us a strong candidate to contribute to the growth and success of the Shutter Protocol. We are confident that our skills, commitment, and collaborative mindset will add value to Shutter Network and help solidify the protocol’s position as a leader in the blockchain industry.

Thank you for considering our proposal. We are eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to become a Keyper for the Shutter Protocol. We are available for any further discussions or inquiries. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at your convenience.

Yours sincerely,

jayjay
