Summary
As per the live proposal for the launch of a Shutter Token (SHU) Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool (LBP) on Fjord Foundry in mid-February 2024. We would like to propose to Shutter DAO 0x36 that Bonsai is the designated curator for the LBP. This initiative aligns with Fjord Foundry’s guidelines for enhancing project quality and trust through their curation process.
Proposal
The proposal is to launch a Shutter Token (SHU) Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool (LBP) on Fjord Foundry. Bonsai, a successful Web3 consulting agency led by a team of Web3 veterans, is suggested as the curator.

As the curator, Bonsai would carefully design and propose the SHU LBP parameters for Shutter DAO 0x36 to vote on based on the DAO’s objectives for the LBP.

Compensation
Bonsai will receive liquid swap fees as compensation, in accordance with Fjord Foundry’s curation compensation plan. This arrangement is detailed in Fjord Foundry’s documentation on curated LBPs: Fjord Foundry Docs.
