Background

Shutter DAO 0x36 is currently voting on Proposal 5: “[RESUBMISSION OF #2] OTC Purchase - 2M SHU (with the same unlock schedule as Genesis Allocations) for $80K USDC”:

In parallel, a number of “Other Contributors” have sent USDC to the Shutter DAO 0x36 treasury to initiate separate OTC purchases of SHU on the same terms at the Anonymous Syndicate via non-atomic swaps.

Terms

An Anonymous Syndicate proposed the following terms:

  • price: $0.04 per SHU token ($40M FDV)

  • unlock schedule: 10% unlocked on 18th March and 3.75% unlocked monthly for total of 2 years

Contributor: USDC Amounts - SHU Amounts

Based on the contributions and the terms, the OTC purchases via non-atomic swaps would be as follows:

0xe5827eE09B1495134FDe83DfA8846b82C2ca14C9: 10,000 USDC - 250,000 SHU

0x0F536e54cE49f2dBdD8ae5E86F7b41f09a2e2818: 5,000 USDC - 125,000 SHU

0x7612A94AafF7a552C373e3124654C1539a4486A8: 30,000 USDC - 750,000 SHU

0xd2Ce719a0d00f4f8751297aD61B0E936970282E1: 30,000 USDC - 750,000 SHU

0x525218b7bB3f5f006d084590b7101ca0c5Bb1B6a: 15,000 USDC - 375,000 SHU

Total: 122,381.66 USDC - 3,059,541.5 SHU

Next Steps

  1. Please double check (and triple check) the addresses, amounts and calculations

  2. If a current SHU token holder (or someone with delegated SHU voting power) wishes to do so, they may create a new Proposal on Fractal thus allowing Shutter DAO 0x36 to vote on these transfers of SHU.

@stevestanzak has put this proposal to a vote as Proposal 6 on Fractal:

Would 1-2 people double check and confirm the “executable code” for all SHU transfers? Maybe @NedStark @5pence and/or @miohtama?

I checked the the code. The addresses match. Not a dev so won’t know if the code will actually execute.

Also noticed we still need a lot of voting power to reach quorum. Any voters/delegates here who can push this over the line?

Proposal 6 is “Executable” from now until tomorrow, Tuesday, Feb 20 at approximately 11:00 CET.

I see that most of the SHU tokens purchased by “Other Contributors” have not delegated voting power to the same address - or to another address.

If you are one of the “Other Contributors”. Please consider doing so. This will help Shutter DAO 0x36 reach quorum on critical votes.
