quick update on current status of fractal vote:

We have discovered a small inconsistency with the proposed transactions on the fractal vote which would require anon syndicate to hold SPT tokens to be able to claim their SHU tokens, which was not part of the plan. This error comes from fractal side and we do appreciate that this is a first time process and mistakes can happen.

We are working behind the scenes to come up with a workaround that will not introduce extra delays. Voting on the current proposal should continue as normal.
