Brainbot Update for April 2025

Summary

April 2025 was a month of intense restructuring and refocusing. Shutter DAO 0x36 canceled the monthly recurring grant to brainbot gmbh, and approved a new reduced monthly recurring grant in its place. As a result, brainbot significantly reduced FTEs working on Shutter and refocused to prioritize Shutter API revenue.
