I have experience with **Blockful** - I’ll link to the comments I made on their initial proposal. [[RFP] Develop a Keyper Incentive Mechanism and (delegated) Staking - Blockful - #2 by 5pence](https://shutternetwork.discourse.group/t/rfp-develop-a-keyper-incentive-mechanism-and-delegated-staking-blockful/387/2) I’d also like to add that when the [social proposal for the 3 million DSR deposit](https://snapshot.org/#/shutterdao0x36.eth/proposal/0xb4a8f52edb23311c78c9523331e778578ef03ecf70255a6d6ad1eb3f437725dd) passed, I asked Blockful if they wanted to support 0x36 by helping to research and craft the executable proposal for the transfer. They researched the best ways to perform the 3million USDC → DAI → Deposit safely using PSM swaps, ensuring the deposit function was properly crafted. It went smoothly. ---

@d0z3y raised a few question in the Shutter Friends Telegram group. A few quick answers: > Is there any contractual commitment on our part to a minimum amount of work, or exclusive use of the selected developer (I assume not)? Linked to the above, is there anything preventing us from voting on a new dev partner if for someone reason the originally selected one doesn’t work out? There is no commitment for Shutter DAO 0x36 to give them a minimum amount of work. There is no exclusive relationship. There is nothing to prevent Shutter DAO 0x36 from using more than one dev house in parallel and/or replacing the dev house on retainer.
