# Keyper Compensation (November 2025)

## Background

Three months ago, a proposal to create a Keyper Compensation Program was unanimously passed by Shutter DAO 0x36. See the [Forum post](https://shutternetwork.discourse.group/t/keyper-compensation-program/742) and [Snapshot vote](https://snapshot.box/#/s:shutterdao0x36.eth/proposal/0x7e00d3b3393d1d573789f3f7a5686a9ab95c656e8429d3caca49226746ed8484).

## Tracking Sheet

In order to implement the Keyper Compensation Program, brainbot has created a [Keyper tracking sheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KKRvJyp4gn3RqiQkofjjZF_OVcUi5zxAOSrqL2i7SzA/edit?usp=sharing) (view only).

## Observations

brainbot observes that all Keypers put in significant time and effort to support the Keyper set transitions, and that uptime may not be a reliable indicator of Keyper performance in November 2025.
