**Why are you interested in becoming a Keyper?**

JLH Ventures is an early-stage fund with a keen interest and experience in investing in blockchain infrastructure. We have been fortunate to invest in a number of L1/L2 projects based on our previous experience working for different funds. As one of the contributors/investors of the Shutter protocol, we are keen to contribute to Shutter’s success. The Shielded Voting feature on Shutter is an exceptional governance tool, and we are excited about the opportunity to contribute to its operation. One vital way to do this is by participating as a Keyper, ensuring the protocol’s security.

Regarding our technical experience, we have previously managed Mina, Chainlink, Cosmos, and other L1 testnets/mainnet validators. While we must admit we haven’t run an Ethereum validator before, we believe running a shutter Keyper is well within our capabilities.

This is just the initial step in our journey to find avenues to add value to Shutter. We are eager to support greater adoption of Shutter’s DKG encryption network for MEV prevention and other use cases. Our first commitment in this journey is to support the Shutter Network by running a Keyper!
